The Premium Designer pen kits require an 8mm drill bit. Price is for a single kit.

In appearance the Premium Designer pen kit is similar to a European kit. However there a several differences that contribute to this being a better pn kit:

• It uses a Parker style refill, not a Cross style
• The clip is fancier
• The tip is a screw-in style, not a single unit
• The finish is 24kt gold with epoxy coating for durability
• It is not necessary to cut a tenon for the center band
  

The coupling fits snugly inside the center band, providing a smooth connection when twisting the pen to expose and retract the tip. The snug fit means it is not necessary to cut a tenon on which to mount the center band. If you prefer, a tenon can still be cut, but it is strictly not necessary.

Altogether this pen is more satisfying and of a better quality.
